Her TikTok is packed with GRWMs that show off both her skill and her enviable product lineup, and her latest birthday video is no exception.
Part of the charm is her casual approach. She’s not holding every product up to the camera, but she is showing exactly how she uses them to create the look. The result is a video that feels relaxed and natural, much like her style, and has people running to the comments to break down the products she actually used. This time, we’ve done the work for you. If there’s one thing to know about Bieber’s makeup routine, it’s that skin care always comes first. The pairing is an essential part of her signature makeup looks, as it primes the skin beforehand.
